My Client-First Philosophy

There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.  I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

 

Experience

 

My personal background and experience include an MBA degree from LSU's top-ranked Ourso College of Business Administration, nearly 20 years of managerial responsibilities at LSU, and the real estate training that I have received at Keller Williams Realty. 

 

The latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.  My "client first" philosophy requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business.  I find that one of the best ways to serve my clients is to continually educate myself in the business of real estate.

Personal Interests

 

My active memberships include two investment clubs where I have served as treasurer in one of them for four years and president for two years, publicist and photographer for the Campus Club of LSU, and member of the Baton Rouge Art League.  I also support the  Capital Area Animal Welfare Society, the Humane Society of the USA, and the Best Friends Society.   Animals are my passion, and my family has rescued four dogs that are an integral part of our family life.
